Unexpected

Somehow, some way, Aidan and I really have become close. Even after certain events - he's become a close friend - and in some weird way - one of my closest. Especially after last night... all of the other stuff in our not so distant past - doesn't matter. When I needed him - he was there. Not in the way Zach is or even Greenlee, but in a different, totally platonic way. And he's not just some macho, special ops guy - I mean I kind of knew that from way back, when we dated - but he's one of the good guys. You know? He's someone I'm happy to call "friend." Weird how that happened, huh?
Kendall,
I remember the two of you being "more" than just friends at one time and loving it. Now, all I can see is the man who chose Greenlee over you and your family.

While I am glad you and Aidan have gotten over the awkwardness of what happened between the two of you when Zach and Greenlee were missing, I think Aidan is the same type of "friend" Greenlee is...depends on the wind direction. Both of these characters would turn on you or Zach in a heartbeat...IJS.

I know you are trying to work past all that has happened with Aidan and there was a time I even liked the two of you together, but I just don't understand how he could tolerate Greenlee and what she did to your family.

When Zach finds out what happened between you and Aidan when he and Greenlee were in the bomb shelter, somehow I don't think he's going to see Aidan as a "good guy".

You have the best man, husband and friend in Zach. He's the one friend you can trust to ALWAYS have your best interest at heart. Finish your booksigning business and get home to him and your boys. Team Slater together and happy is LONG OVERDUE.

Kendall...I'm glad for once that Aidan is there for you. But to call him a friend and praise likeyou are doing is a little extreme. The man took advantage of you, have you forgotten? I haven't. Please go home to your husband and your boys. Zach's all the friend you need.
