Arrested?! My mother? For what? This is crazy! The fashion show was going so well - everything was running smoothly and then... that Samuel guy comes in and announces in front of all the press that my mother is under arrest. Is this just for show? To help his campaign? What could he even have on my mother? I have to see what's going on... this all has to be one big mistake.  Right?

Well it is an election year, and from Dre's description of his father, Samuel Woods is not above using others for political gain...which is what this is all about. Just know that with Jack on Erica's side she has a fighting chance.

Kendall..Your mother was just fantastic yesterday at the fashion show. She looked wonderful and made sure everyone had a good time. Jackson tried to warn her about Samuel but she thought he was jealous and she didn't pay any attention to him. I think Samuel is trying to make a name for himself at Erica's expense. Afterall, what else could give an ambitious politician more publicity than arresting Erica Kane as she hosts a televised live gala charity event? If he was really serious about this he would have waited until it was all over and the cameras were turned off. There never certainly seems to be a dull moment in Pine Valley. It's just one shocking event after another!

What kind of person uses a charity event to arrest someone...let alone Erica Kane? Even with Samuel Woods' political aspirations, I would think he would want the "Go Red" fashion show to do well to raise awareness of heart disease in women as well as raise the most money possible. Of course this is the same person who used his wife's death for political gain so I'm not sure what to expect.

I too wonder what could of brought Erica under Woods' radar. I'm betting it's no coincidence that Erica's assets were frozen. Wonder if she will be the only Pine Valleyite to come under his scrutiny? Jackson is in Erica's corner so that can only be a plus.

Erica's arrest has more to do with Samuel Woods and his "grandstanding" for his own political gain. I would think he would be going after Adam and Chandler Enterprises especially after Hannah created all those "dummy" corporations. Hopefully, Zach won't be mixed up in all this.

I did not like this Samuel guy from the beginning. He's got 'TROUBLE' written alllllll over him. BTW: The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Erica listens to Jack like you listen to Zach...in one ear and out the other... will you two EVER learn?

Wonder if Erica's arrest has anything to do with her recent financial problems? There is a lot more to Samuel Woods than meets the eye...and he sure is easy on the eyes.

Hi Kendall: I'm sure it is a big mistake and eventually Erica will be cleared. Women like her (and you) know how to take care of themselves and fight for what they believe and want. I'm sure you and Zach will be there for Erica to get her through this ordeal. You, Zach, Josh, Bianca and Erica are a strong family unit and will defend each other no matter what! And when those boys are old enough, they will be the same.

Kendall, you know Erica always comes out on top right? This time will be no different. Erica has one very powerful man in her corner, her amazing son-in-law. When you were in the coma and Zach got there, I remember your thoughts very well, "Zach! Thank God you're here, you'll fix this, you always fix everything." Well nothing has changed. Zach will fix this for Erica, just like he always fixes everything for you.
And speaking of that, don't you think it's time for you to tell Zach what is really bothering you, so he can fix that little problem as well?
